Who we are
Novaqis Technologies builds and operates regulated-operations software (including document control, governance, reporting, and related modules) and associated portals such as Novaqis Studio for partners and licensed customers.
What we collect
- Website & marketing: contact details you submit (e.g. demo requests), analytics cookies where enabled, and technical logs (IP, user agent) for security and reliability.
- Studio & customer portals: account identifiers, profile and organization data, support ticket content, audit and e-sign metadata required for compliance workflows, and operational telemetry needed to run the service.
- Product usage: depending on deployment, some diagnostics may be processed in your environment or ours as defined in your agreement.
Why we use it
We process information to provide and improve the services, authenticate users, fulfill contracts, comply with law, secure our systems, and communicate about support and billing.
Legal bases (GDPR-style framing)
Where GDPR applies, we rely on contract performance, legitimate interests (e.g. fraud prevention, product security), consent where required (e.g. certain marketing cookies), and legal obligation where applicable. Insert your finalized Article 6 mapping here.
Sharing
We use subprocessors (e.g. hosting, email delivery) under written agreements. We do not sell personal data. Enterprise customers should reference your Data Processing Agreement for controller/processor roles and cross-border transfers.
Retention
We retain data only as long as needed for the purposes above, including statutory retention for tax and regulatory records. Support tickets and audit trails may be kept longer where required for GxP or contractual evidence.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, rectify, delete, restrict, or port personal data, and to object to certain processing. Contact us at the email below; EU/UK residents may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
Security
We implement administrative, technical, and organizational measures appropriate to the sensitivity of regulated-industry workloads. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
Children
Our services are not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their personal data.
Updates
We will post revised policies here and update the effective date. Significant changes to enterprise processing will follow your contract.
