Novaqis Technologies LLP builds and operates regulated-operations software—including document control, enterprise governance, reporting, Nova AI, and related modules—and associated portals such as Novaqis Studio for partners and licensed customers. What we collect
- Website & marketing: contact details you submit (demo requests, enquiries), optional live-chat email and message content, analytics cookies where enabled, and technical logs (IP address, user agent) for security and reliability.
- Studio & customer portals: account identifiers, profile and organization data, support ticket content, audit and electronic-signature metadata required for compliance workflows, and operational telemetry needed to run the service.
- Deployed products: depending on your deployment model (on-premises or hosted), product usage and diagnostics may be processed entirely in your environment or as defined in your master agreement and data processing addendum.
Why we use it
We process information to provide and improve the services, authenticate users, fulfill contracts, respond to support requests, comply with law, secure our systems, and communicate about billing and service updates. We do not sell personal data.
Legal bases (where GDPR applies)
We rely on contract performance (providing services you requested), legitimate interests (fraud prevention, product security, improving reliability), consent where required (certain marketing cookies), and legal obligation where applicable. Enterprise customers should refer to their Data Processing Agreement for controller/processor roles.
Sharing & subprocessors
We use infrastructure and service providers (e.g. hosting, email delivery) under written agreements with appropriate security and confidentiality terms. Enterprise deployments may limit or eliminate third-party processing of regulated content according to your contract.
Retention
We retain data only as long as needed for the purposes above, including statutory retention for tax and regulatory records. Support tickets and audit trails may be kept longer where required for GxP evidence or contractual obligations.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, rectify, delete, restrict, or port personal data, and to object to certain processing. Contact us at the email above. EU/UK residents may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
Security
We implement administrative, technical, and organizational measures appropriate to regulated-industry workloads, including access controls and encryption in transit. No method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure.
Children
Our services are not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their personal data.
Updates
We post revised policies here with an updated effective date. Significant changes to enterprise processing follow your contract.
